1. Grant of licence

Provided that payment has been made and the customer continues to comply with the website policies, the Company grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased digital content solely for the purpose described on the applicable product page.

2. Allowed use

The licence permits only the following uses:

• personal educational, learning and self-improvement use by the purchaser

• internal business use only where the relevant product page clearly states that organisational or team use is allowed

• temporary downloading, storage or copying only where this is technically required for personal access or lawful backup purposes

3. Restricted use

The following actions are not permitted:

• sharing login details, account access or purchased files with any third party

• reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, publishing or otherwise making the materials available to others

• removing, altering or bypassing copyright notices, watermarks, security features or access restrictions

• using the materials to train commercial datasets, AI systems or other automated tools unless the Company has given prior written permission

4. Ownership and enforcement

All intellectual property rights not expressly granted under this licence remain fully reserved by the Company. If the customer breaches these licence terms, the Company may suspend access, withdraw the licence and take any other action or legal remedy available under applicable law.
