Requirements

  • 2 pieces pita bread (or small flatbreads), torn into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground sumac
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
