Overview
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase of a course, we cannot offer a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your course access must be unused (i.e., you have not started or completed any lessons or downloaded materials).
Certain products are non-refundable:
- Downloadable course materials
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Courses accessed or partially completed
To process your refund, we require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank for further assistance.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced courses may be refunded. Courses purchased during a sale or with a discount are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for courses unless access is defective (e.g., technical issues preventing course access). If you encounter such issues, email us at support@learniumzone.com for assistance.
Gifts
If a course was purchased as a gift and is eligible for a refund, a gift credit will be issued to the original purchaser upon approval. If the course wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
